Quiet, on a hill, 250m from the partial sand partial pebble beach (accessible via stairs across the road). 50m from restaurants and bars, 1,8km from the center of Paleokastritsa. There is a Bus stop in front of the hotel and distance from the Corfu International Airport is 25km.

The hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties/ wheelchair users due to location and sloppy morphology of the ground.
